2.3 Single Account. Each individual may hold only one registered account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. win4u reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void associated balances and bonuses, and withhold any withdrawals pending identity verification in cases of suspected multi-accounting.
2.4 win4u does not accept registrations from individuals who are employees, agents, directors, or officers of win4u, its affiliated entities, or its licensed software providers, or from immediate family members of such persons.
3.1 To use real-money Services, you must complete the registration process on the Platform, providing accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address.
3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC). win4u operates a KYC verification programme in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. You may be required to submit identity documents (government-issued photo ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method) before withdrawals are processed or at any time win4u deems verification necessary. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension.
3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify win4u immediately via live chat or email if you believe your account has been compromised. win4u is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
3.4 win4u reserves the right to refuse registration or close an existing account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.
4.1 All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported deposit methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank FPX, CIMB FPX, Public Bank FPX, and USDT (TRC20). Supported methods are subject to change without prior notice.
4.2 Deposits. The minimum deposit is RM 20 for e-wallet methods and RM 50 for bank transfer. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmed receipt. win4u does not charge platform fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose transaction fees outside of win4u's control.
4.3 Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, unless otherwise agreed in writing with win4u. E-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval; bank transfer withdrawals within 30 minutes during banking hours. win4u targets withdrawal processing within 24 hours but does not guarantee processing times in all circumstances.
4.4 Wagering Requirements. Deposits made in connection with an active bonus offer are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Withdrawal requests where bonus-linked wagering requirements have not been met may be declined or processed with deduction of the outstanding bonus value.
4.5 AML Compliance. win4u is obligated to report and may freeze funds associated with suspected money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity. Deposits must originate from payment instruments legitimately owned and controlled by the registered account holder. Third-party deposits are prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and fund freezing pending investigation.
5.1 win4u offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty programme rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the promotion and incorporated into these Terms by reference.
5.2 Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated on the combined deposit and bonus amount unless stated otherwise.

5.4 win4u may reverse or cancel bonus funds and associated winnings if it determines that a Player has engaged in fraudulent or abusive bonus behaviour, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, wagering in patterns designed to exploit bonus terms (bonus abuse), or providing false information during registration.
6.1 All games available on the win4u Platform are supplied by licensed third-party software providers. Game rules, paytables, and return-to-player (RTP) figures are determined by the respective software provider and are available within each game's information panel.
6.2 In the event of a discrepancy between game results displayed on your device and the results recorded on win4u's server-side system, the server-side records shall be treated as definitive.
6.3 win4u is not responsible for losses arising from technical failures, communication errors, or connectivity issues on the Player's side. Where a technical failure on win4u's side affects the outcome of a game, win4u will endeavour to restore play to the position immediately before the failure or, where this is not possible, void the affected round and return the staked amount.
6.4 win4u reserves the right to void bets or game rounds where it determines that a game has malfunctioned, where error odds or payouts have been offered, or where the integrity of the game has been compromised.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the win4u Platform. Violation may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and referral to relevant authorities:
8.1 All content on the win4u Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and user interface design — is owned by win4u or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without express written permission from win4u.
8.2 win4u grants registered Players a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, subject to these Terms.
9.1 The Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, win4u disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9.2 win4u's total cumulative liability to any Player in connection with the Services shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 In no event shall win4u be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
10.1 win4u is committed to responsible gaming.
